21.2.4 Cancellations: It is unclear whether this limitation requires players to be allowed to cancel placed bets. If that is the case, we would strongly recommend removing it given the nature of bookmaking and risk management. Additionally, features like “Cash-out” that allow the pay-out of bets that have not been settled yet should not be prohibited or taken into consideration here since it is a separate product feature.
