We recommend the amendment of Article 11 regarding the date of coal phase-out in electricity production, from 2028 to 2025. In addition, we recommend the insertion of a dedicated article on the prohibition of hydrocarbon exploration in Article 11, following the examples of Ireland, Spain, France, and Denmark.
