    It beyond comprehension why a fish farm would be allowed to exist in the bay instead of out at sea. Kefalonia's economic livelihood is dependent not on fish farms, but on tourism andd it's ecological pristineness which sets it apart from other islands and tourists destinations. I fail to understand would good could come of having a polluting fishfarm in such close proximity to our beaches instead of out at sea. The only interest it's serves is saving a company money, which comes at the expense of the greater good. My objection is framed in economic terms, the people of kefalonia should not subsidize the fish farm in this way.
