It is proposterous to tax people by their proffession or by the size or location of their office. Tax is paid on personal exertion and the income they derive, how on earth do you expect to attract proffessionals from other countries to come and set up a business with these draconian laws. Free enterprise suggests that a person will risk his money and set up shop to bring in customers. What if they do not come, is he still liable to pay a pre determined tax? If i am reading this correctly its quite absurd.
