From what i see as proposed changes the feudal system which you are trying to dismantle is actually becoming stronger and tighter. Your proposed policy and legal changes seem to be based around how to more effectively tax people and businesses and then how to collect the money due to you. Its sad. Because you dont trust each other. In any event, in order for you to earn more money, the taxpayers need to earn more money. I havent seen policy changes that are going to do that. Get rid of the need for permits for simple things, let people go into business let them build let them spend.
