We are very disappointed to see the new tax rates. We were planning to visit Greece in our yacht for several months. Unfortunately as a result of this tax we will not be spending as much time as we planned. We will also have to cut back on our spending at local restaurants, etc. We know of several other yachtsmen who are also planning to reduce the time and money they spend in Greece. Overall, this tax increase will have a negative effect on the local economies with less money and time spent in Greece by visiting yachts.
