Δεν είναι κυνηγόσκυλο. Δεν μπορεί να τραυματιστεί. Ακόμα κι αυτοί που συνέταξαν το πρότυπο της φυλής, πιστεύουν ότι δεν υπάρχει κανένας λόγος ακρωτηριασμού στη φυλή.
