    Who is going to clear the faeces up of dogs that are owned, but allowed to roam free. This may work in the big cities, but in rural areas where I have lived people do what they want. how will you enforce this type of law. I agree it should be done, but if the no smoking law is not enforced in rural areas why on earth do you think this will happen. There is a mindset in Greece that even if you own a dog, it lives outside, in all weathers, it waits for you to feed it when you want to, and wanders around everywhere. Which makes Greece a haven for poisoners of animals too.
