According to the law which states that only 2 animals are allowed must change!Since many,many people abandon their pets,there are other people who have compassion and feel sorry for these animals and therefore,take care of them..Instead of having such a strict law as to how many pets you should have,I believe the laws should be stricter concerning"στειρωση"and stricter laws for those who throw their pets in the streets!I don't feel it is right to punish people who love animals and can not bear to see them suffer,rather than punish those who are responsible for abandoning their pets!
