    Any new system that will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the public sector in Greece is more than welcome and more than necessary to be implemented the "day before yesterday". However, it should be kept in mind that any kind of exclusiveness is not improving the so much needed transparency of public processes and in particular public sourcing. Also immensely important, is that not once again the Greek public sector is “reinventing the wheel” with a project that once again is not being deployed or used at all, but the initiator of the Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ. are taking advantage of the already existing Know-how of active market players in Greece and leverage quickly this existing market penetration.
