    Θα ήθελα να αναφερθώ στο πρόβλημα της γονεικής αποξένωσης ως απόρροια της βίαιης απομάκρυνσης του παιδιού από τον ένα γονέα μετά από δικαστική απόφαση αποκλειστικής επιμέλειας. Οταν η πλειονότητα των δικαστικών αποφάσεων αναγκάζουν το παιδί να έρχεται σε επαφή με τον ένα γονέα μόνο για μερικες ώρες μέσα στο μήνα, το παιδί σταδιακά προγραμματίζεται να μην νιώθει αγάπη από τον γονέα αυτόν. Πολύ γρήγορα ξεκινούν τα συμπτώματα του συνδρόμου αποξενωσης και δυστυχώς το παιδί καταλήγει να νιώθει αρνητικά συναισθήματα για τον αποξενωμένο γονέα. Κυριολεκτικά, οι αποξενωμένοι γονείς βλέπουμε ένα παιδάκι να χάνει την ψυχή του, να μην είναι πλέον παιδί. Οι συνέπειες ειναι ιδιαίτερα σοβαρές και για εμάς τους γονείς. Οι περισσότεροι αποξενωμένοι γονείς βρίσκονται σε μόνιμο πένθος. Πενθούμε παιδιά που είναι εν ζωή. Ο πόνος είναι μόνιμος και εχει αντίκτυπο στην κοινωνική και οικονομική μας ύπαρξη και παλεύουμε να βρουμε νόημα στην καθε μέρα μας. Υπάρχουν στοιχεία που καταδεικνύουν την σοβαρότητα του προβλήματος, το οποίο λαμβάνει πλέον διαστάσεις κοινωνικής μάστιγας και έχει αρνητικές συνέπειες τόσο στα παιδιά όσο και στους γονείς. Κύρια αιτία του προβλήματος είναι ο τρόπος που βλέπει το δικαστήριο το θέμα επιμέλεια. Οσο υπάρχει αποκλειστική επιμέλεια του παιδιού, θα υπάρχει και αποκλεισμός του από την αγάπη του ενός γονέα. Γιατί δεν θέλει η πολιτεία να σταματήσει την εξάπλωση του προβλήματος; Θέλουμε να δημιουργούμε σακατεμένες ψυχές; Εχει πραγματικά συμφέρον το παιδί να χάνει την ψυχή του λόγω της αποξένωσής του από τον ένα γονέα; Eίναι έγκλημα η γονεική αποξένωση και πρέπει η πολιτεία να προστατεύσει όλα τα παιδιά.
